This month’s book is Where the Crawdads Sing, a compelling story of a young girl’s life in a North Carolina marsh and a murder mystery. First time author Delia Owens has formed a winning narrative. Although this is her first novel, she is also author of other nature publications. This is a story of survival, of coming of age, of nature’s beauty, and of suspicion.
